Terms and Conditions.

The website www.eyespace-uk.com is operated by Eyespace Limited (Eyespace).

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.eyespace-uk.com and transactions between Eyespace and its customers. The customer is defined as being an individual or company who contracts with Eyespace to purchase Eyespace’s products or services.

By using this website the customer agrees to be bound by its Terms and Conditions. These may be subject to change, and Eyespace reserves the right to update them at any time without providing notice to the customer. By placing an order with Eyespace the customer acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions.

Copyright
Copyright in the website is the property of Eyespace. All images and files prepared by the Eyespace studio remain the property of Eyespace Limited. Customers may only use this property for browsing the website and purchasing goods from it.  The site may not be used for any other commercial or public use.

Artwork supplied
Any customer supplying their own artwork to Eyespace must agree that they are not contravening current United Kingdom or international copyright law by ensuring that they own the copyright or licence for the image, or have the written permission of the copyright owner to use the image or artwork. Under no circumstances will Eyespace be responsible for any issues arising from copyright infringement involving work produced from any image or artwork supplied by customers that is in breach of copyright.

Eyspace has the right to refuse any customer’s image or artwork which is deemed to be of insufficient quality for its purpose or to be in contradiction with normal lawful activities. This includes, but is not limited to, racial discrimination, pornography, immoral or illegal materials.

Colour reproduction
Colour reproduction will be deemed faithful at the discretion of Eyespace. Exact colour matching will not be guaranteed between different prints if made from the same output file at different times.

Placing of orders
All pricing shown on the Eyspace website is current at the time of display.
VAT at 17.5% will be added to the purchase price of all items. Cancellations of orders can be accepted in writing before processing. No cancellation can be accepted once work has started.

Payment
We accept most major credit cards. The customer’s card will be charged upon receipt of order. Orders will be processed once full payment is received either by credit/debit card or by cheque.

Delivery
Usual delivery time is 14 days, but this may depend on the nature of the order. If there are any delays Eyespace will inform the customer by email or telephone.  All delivery times are estimated and Eyespace is not responsible for any consequential costs or for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or the cancellation of an order.  Please ensure that all goods are inspected before signing for them.  Eyespace will not accept liability for items missing or damaged during transit unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company.

Returns
As all items are specifically printed to customers' order we regret we are not able to offer you a refund or cancellation once the order has been accepted and manufacturing has commenced, and our liability is limited to defects in printing or in manufacture. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are not fully satisfied with any product please contact us in writing by letter or email within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will investigate. Please include your full name, address and invoice number and a description of the problem.  Any returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Limitation of liability
Liability in connection with products and services supplied by Eyespace will be limited to the replacement or repair of defective goods, supply of equivalent goods, or crediting the value against any invoice raised in respect of the goods.

Eyespace will not be liable for indirect loss, consequential loss or third party claims in respect of defective work, delay in completing the work and delay in transit and will not accept any claims for consequential costs.

Products are supplied ready for assembly and installation by the customer. Eyespace will not be liable for any problems arising from or damage caused by customers' own assembly and installation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Age limitation
Eyespace can only accept orders from adults aged 18 and over.

Privacy policy
Eyespace conforms to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Any information collected from the customer when using the Eyespace website will only be used to service the customer’s requirements. It will be held in a secure manner and and will not be accessed by third parties. Nor will it be given to a third party without the customer’s consent.  

Payment details are entered directly to our payment service provider via a secure link. Our payment service provider is responsible for the security and privacy of your payment information.
